Robotic Welder


  • Up to $28.00 per hour (Depends on experience.)


  • Monday: 6:00am – 4:30pm
  • Tuesday: 6:00am – 4:30pm
  • Wednesday: 6:00am – 4:30pm
  • Thursday: 6:00am – 4:30pm
  • Friday: Varies

Role and Responsibilities

  • Welding parts to specifications while mentoring other employees
  • MIG Welding
  • Ensure all machines are running and tasks are being completed by deadlines
  • Set up machines according to the part number
  • Troubleshoot irregularities in welds for possible material or tooling issues
  • Fixture diagnostics
  • Inspect parts regularly to meet blueprint specifications and quality standards
  • Responsible for the safe and efficient operation of machines and other related equipment to consistently drive efficiencies and high-quality parts
  • Seek out continuous improvement in the area
  • Perform measurements with caliper/height gage
  • Control of mating parts +/-.020
  • Follow all safety rules of the company and redirect others to follow safety rules
  • Bend, twist, reach, while standing during scheduled shift
  • Lift 50 lbs. continually throughout the workday

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1-year machine operating experience preferred but not required
  • Ability to work a consistent work schedule including overtime when needed
