Are you an analytical person and great at problem-solving? Do you possess technical skills like reading blueprints and manuals? We need you! We’re seeking a skilled quality technician for a busy company on the weekend shift.

Job duties of the quality technician:

• Reading blueprints and specifications to ensure that operations meet production standards • Inspecting and testing the materials and equipment produced and/or purchased
• Using tools such as micrometers, screw gauges, calipers and height gauges to measure product and assure they fall within required tolerances
• Accepting or rejecting finished products and discussing inspection results with the production team
• Performing inspections at specified intervals to assess product quality

Qualifications of the quality technician:

• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail
• Technical skills and ability to understand blueprints, documents, and manuals
• Knowledge of basic math and computer skills
• Verbal and written communication skills
• Pass a pre-employment drug screen
• CMM experience a plus

Location: Maple Lake, MN

Hours: Multiple shifts available

Wage: $18 – 25/hr.
